Check in time is 4:00 PM
You will receive your check in code via email the day before check in which will be active at 4 PM the next day. You will be provided one garage door opener. You can fit one mid size car in the garage and two more vehicles in the driveway. THERE IS NO PARKING IN THE STREETS AS YOU WILL BE TICKETED.
Check out time is 10:00 AM (No late check-out unless agreed upon by management)
- Wash and put away all dishes and run the dishwasher before you leave.
- Please make sure to clean the grill if you used it.
- Take all dirty sheets off the beds and place them on the floor at the ends of the beds.
- Place all dirty towels on the bathroom floor.
- Clean out the refrigerator- Do not leave food- Condiments are ok.
- Bag all trash from inside and outside of the home and place it in the cans in the garage. If you leave on garbage pickup day, please put the trash cans outside.
- Leave the thermostat at 72 degrees.
- Make sure you leave the garage door opener in the house.- you will be assessed a fee if taken.
- Make sure the house is locked when you leave.
