- A well stocked kitchen, drip coffee machine, pots and pans, dishes, utensils and glassware.
- Fresh bath towels, pillows, and all bed linens.

- Washer and dryer – feel free to pack light!
Both of our properties offer parking. Both homes have a garage that will fit one mid-sized vehicle. There is also space for two cars in the driveway. There is no parking in the street as you will be given tickets by the town.
The day before you check in we will email you a 4 digit numerical code for you to enter the property on your own at 4 PM. On check out day, please complete the check out list, leave the garage door opener, and lock the door by 10 AM.
Inquire with management, if we are able to offer early check in or late check out we will do our best to help.
Yes, we have a beach cart, 4 backpack beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach blanket, and two coolers. For the pool we have 2 kids life vests and adult pool floats.
Yes we have a gas grill for your use. If you finish one of the propane tanks we ask you to kindly refill it at Walgreens and ask management for reimbursement. We also ask that you clean the grill before you leave for the next renter to enjoy.
Both of our properties are smoke free. Any evidence of smoking inside or outside of the property will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
While we do love animals, Buccaneer Place is completely animal free. Plumeria Point will allow small, non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs that are disclosed and agreed upon with us and the pet fee is included in the contract.
Yes, both homes have Wi-Fi and the information and password will be posted in each home.
We love kids and babies and welcome them in both of our homes but our homes are not baby-proofed. It is the sole responsibility of the adult(s) to ensure the well-being and safety of our younger guests. We do supply a pack and play and high chair at both homes.
It depends on which beach you are going to. The beach is about a 5 minute car ride, 10 minute bike ride, and 40 minute walk.
We love sharing our guests’ beautiful photos and videos. Just email us your pictures/videos, and we will gladly post them to our website and/or social media pages. If you just want to share your photos with us and not have them posted, just let us know. We love hearing about your Marco Island experience!
